TwP model and TwR framework

TwP is the Transition with Purpose model I use to help leaders make sense of the shift in front of them. The TwR is the Transition with Readiness framework i use to help you prepare for what the role will demand and build readiness deliberately. Rather than treating leadership transitions as a simple skills upgrade, the model and the framework work as one through internal questions leaders need to answer as responsibility, visibility and consequence increase.
