    The Foundation program is designed for those seeking to explore a specific topic of choice, ideally related to their current work situation.

    This program consists of: 1:1 discovery session; DiSC workplace & Leadership profile assessments with debrief sessions; six (6) coaching sessions on a topic of choice and building general awareness of self and situation; reflective story board; session notes and sponsor reporting.  This is a foundational program for the ELD-L2 – Pathway program.

    (28 week timeframe)

    The Pathway program is an opportunity for business leaders to support their emerging leaders in developing their management and leadership capability through the delivery of a challenging and quantifiable business objective.

    How can the success of a coaching process be measured?

    Measurement may be thought of in two distinct ways: external indicators of performance and internal indicators of success. Where possible, we incorporate both into our coaching program. The external measures should be things the individual or team is already measuring and has some ability to directly influence.

    The internal measures can be changes in the individual or team’s self-awareness, shifts in thinking, behaviour, leadership, communication and relationships. Collectively, the results deliver positive changes in quantifiable performance through improved engagement, motivation, collaboration and well-being from the coaching engagement.

    Does coaching create a dependency?

    No. The coach wants the client to become self-reliant whether its and individual or team, and realise what they set out to achieve. The client owns the results they deliver while the coach works to help the client be more self-reliant and not dependent

    Can I work with a coach who lives in a different geographic location?

    Absolutely. we are based in Australia, and coach clients globally, including Australia, the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Hong Kong and Papua New Guinea. We welcome clients from anywhere in the world as long as you have strong internet connection and are relatively time zone compatible

    How is coaching different from training or teaching?

    The trainer or teacher is the expert transferring of skills and knowledge to the learner. In coaching, the client is the expert and the one who knows themselves best. Coaching asks questions that expose options and different ways of thinking, helping the client explore the present and design the future
